Sinopse

Depois de suas aventuras anteriores, tudo está tranquilo para a equipe monstro na Área Cinquenta e alguma coisa. Isto é, até Coverton, um alienígena telepático chega. Ele parece ter aprisionado o presidente dos EUA, mas quer realmente fazer um acordo pacífico. O que os monstros, General Monger, eo Presidente não sabe é que Coverton está trabalhando para um alienígena do mal que quer dominar a Terra.
